Media Partners Worldwide (MPW), founded in 1997, by Natalie Hale a manager and radio sales veteran, who with the help of great stations and contacts, developed successful campaigns for Direct Response clients. She used that knowledge to her advantage in forming one of the first Direct Response-remnant radio companies in the U.S.

Now over 20 years later, MPW is proud to have developed thousands of successful media campaigns. While the core has always been radio, we continually evolve, creating successful multichannel DR/Direct Response campaigns which integrate Digital, TV, out of home, event marketing and print. Reflecting on over 20 years at the helm of Media Partners, some of the most inspiring moments have been the opportunity to partner with a wide variety of dynamic and passionate entrepreneurs and to help them ignite and transform their business. Also, it’s been great working with my very competent and savvy team, that is like family to me. My strengths are creativity, finding solutions and to shop for great rates. Of course, all while wearing teal or animal print! In addition to juggling at work, I am raising a teenage girl. Working out, practicing meditation and yoga to stay sane.

I consider myself a “Jill” of all trades and love a challenge. The fast pace of this industry keeps me on my toes. I pride myself on being ultra-analytical as well as focused when the going gets tough. In my spare time, it’s all about my family! Whether we’re going to the park or just hanging out at home, I can’t get enough! And If I had it my way, everyday would be spent listening to Dave Matthews Band outdoors with a cold kombucha in hand.

Media might as well be my middle name. In addition to my stellar negotiating skills, I bring years of experience to the table, making me a go-to for all things dealing with radio or broadcast media buying. I work hard for my clients and love to build relationships with vendors that will last a lifetime. After hours consists of a little bit of traveling, a little bit of gambling and a whole lot of spoiling my daughter and new granddaughter.
For most people, working in accounting isn’t fun. Many people still think of us as ``bean counters.`` But I truly like what I do, and especially love working in the advertising industry. I try to keep a balanced life and make time for fun outside of work. My children are grown adults leading their own lives, so I have a lot of spare time for fun and enjoyment. I love the outdoors and the beautiful weather we have in Southern California.

Advertising man to the core! Like a five-tool baseball player…years ago I knew that for me to be a complete advertising executive I would have to have as much knowledge and expertise in as many advertising mediums as possible. Print, radio, tv, cable, OOH, digital and event sponsorships, they all serve a purpose and that brings me full circle as to why I am in this kooky, dynamic and fun business. Love it and breath it! On the sidelines I am a sports fanatic (yes table tennis and Olympic curling too), traveling, working out, music and spending time with my wife and my big ragdoll rascal of a cat Gus.

After working in Radio and TV for so many years, I’m sort of an adrenaline junkie and thrive under pressure. Always up for a good challenge and the relentless pursuit of the perfect media mix to help clients get what they need. I draw on my news background to find ways to guide clients to advertise with purpose. I love rock & roll, concerts, camping and cooking. My dog children are a Labrador Retriever and Australian Shepherd.

I am a relationship buyer and love the art of negotiation and getting the best rates for our clients. I am known to be very detailed, organized, and educated on media buying. My prize possessions are my 3 grandchildren. If you can’t find me with them, you can find me cooking in the kitchen, traveling and taking in the sun! Just call me Mama Coco!

Having spent half my career in advertising, it is second to none in my life, with the very large exception of my family. Family-focused and team-oriented, I am always ready to roll up my sleeves and do what it takes to help my clients & colleagues succeed. I fill the remainder of my time with DJ’ing and spending time with my family.

When I’m not working, you can find me at the soccer fields with my hubby, cheering on our kiddos or filling my closet with new things to wear.
