Natalie Hale, CEO

Media Partners Worldwide was founded in 1997 by radio veteran, Natalie Hale.  After graduating from UCLA, Natalie got her start in the Advertising Industry working in agencies such as Foote, Cone & Belding and Chiat/Day. She later moved on to working in radio management and sales at KSRF FM and KFWB AM. Although she has experience in all venues of traditional media, her concentration has been in service to Direct Response radio clients for over 25 years. She has created and executed thousands of successful DR campaigns. Natalie and a small team started Media Partners in her garage working mostly with mortgage companies, generating leads on local and national campaigns and with the success of each client, built Media Partners Worldwide into what it is today…A leading agency in direct response radio.

David Alpern

David Alpern

Digital Media Director

David has more than fifteen years helping both SME (small to mid-size enterprises) and Fortune 1000 businesses such as Experian, Tribune, Mazda, Yokohama Tires, and Twentieth Century Fox, develop interactive and direct response digital strategies while meeting delivery objectives within organizations operating at Internet speed. David has an extensive background in search marketing at Local.com and AltaVista, as well as an extensive background supporting direct clients across multiple industries with various local digital agencies in Los Angeles and Orange County. He holds an MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business and a BA in Economics from the University of California, San Diego. A family man, David and his wife Shari live in Long Beach and have three children.

Q&A
• What’s your favorite phone app? Google Maps. That one app alone, especially with its live traffic and turn by turn navigation features makes it impossible for me to ever contemplate going back to a “dumb” phone.
• Where did you graduate from? UC San Diego was my first choice for my BA, and what a lovely setting for a university. San Diego truly is “America’s Finest City”. I earned my MBA at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California (USC).
• What do you like to do when you aren’t working? I like to spend time with my family. We enjoy both home and local activities, and I especially enjoy planning long vacations both out of state, and occasionally, out of the country!

Niya Doncheva

Niya Doncheva

Marketing Coordinator

Niya basically runs our operation, from the friendly voice you first hear when you call MPW to inputting media trafficking of our clients’ advertising in our ad placement software, to business development, to coordinating our office and executive workflow.

What do you do for MPW?
I’m a Marketing Coordinator at MPW; besides recruiting new clients I also create and execute marketing campaigns for our current clients.

What do you like most about working in advertising?
I get a rush when I deliver my clients low CPC & high ROI. I like analyzing demographic & typographic data, I love statistics.

What do you like to do when you’re not working?
I don’t get much down time but when I do, I like to exercise, garden, or binge on Netflix.

What are your favorite kinds of clients?
Naming a favorite client would mean that I have clients that are my least favorite. There is no such thing; every client is equal and they all receive the same attention from me. I enjoy working on campaigns that start from the ground up because I have more creative freedom; rather than adding on to a multilevel marketing campaign where the client already has all the creative done.

Where did you graduate from?
I earned an AA degree in Radio Television Production from Long Beach City College and transferred to CSUDH, as the first honoree of the pathway to success presidential scholarship, earning a BA in Advertising & Public Relations and a minor in Business Marketing. Currently I am studying for the GMAT; I’m interested in pursuing a MA in Business Management.

What are you most proud of doing in your life?
Honestly, the thing that I am mostly proud of is that I am really good at multitasking and handling a lot of projects under tight deadlines. I am super woman! :-]

What is your favorite mobile app?
My favorite app has to be a tie between Pinterest and Instagram. I can spend hours on a thread about DIY.

What do you do at Media Partners?

Hike, read books like Puritans and Reformers biographies.

What’s your favorite phone app?
Waze and Refnet
